Hall Hire

Our activity studio, Redwood, is available to hire for parties, events and external classes for Prae Wood pupils. 

Redwood is a self-contained, bright and spacious hall (89 square metres) located at the rear of the school site with toilet facilities and a small kitchenette. It is equipped with folding tables and benches. It has air conditioning and heating, if required. 

Parking is generally available in the main school car park for most evening and weekend hires.  Access to Redwood is via the main gate and across the playground.  Please follow the path to the rear of the school.

Terms of Hire

Our full terms of hire are listed in our Lettings Agreement, which hirers are required to fill out and return as part of the booking process. Please refer to forms LT01 and LT02, which must both be completed and returned as part of the hire arrangement.

Weekend availability 10:00am-4:00pm

Evening hire

£50 per session (6:30pm-8:30pm)

Insurance Fee, where applicable 10% of hire fee

Sports Field or MUGA  (Multi Use Games Area)

Hire rate (no access to the school) £15 per hour each or £20 per hour for both

Weekend and/or school holidays availability 10:00am-4:00pm

Evening availability 5:00pm-7:00pm (daylight permitting)
