Breakfast Club & 'RASCals' After School Club

Our Breakfast and After School clubs (RASCals) are run by our own fully-qualified staff

Pupils attending can enjoy various activities such as table top games, drawing and colouring, playing outside and access to some technology (age appropriate)

Drinks and snacks are offered on arrival in the clubs. We offer a range of breakfast options (cereal/toast, fruit) and, for after school, cold items like sandwiches, cold meats/cheeses, breadsticks, fruit and veg crudite 

Children attending Breakfast Club MUST arrive on site by 8:15 if they wish to have breakfast

BOOKINGS

Bookings are made via School Gateway (app or desktop). They can be made or amended by parents/carers up to 7 nights ahead of the planned session. Beyond this time, they will need to contact the school office to request a booking be made, changes or cancelled

Children attending MUST be booked in to the session before attending, to guarantee a space.

Adhoc sessions are available, where capacity allows

• Parents must advise of any dietary or medical requirements
• Parents must advise of specific addtional needs for their child
• Parents must collect children promptly from RASCals clubs and by the agreed time
• Children must follow the school's behavioural rules 

Cancellations

Changes and cancellations can be made by parents/carers via School Gateway up to 7 nights prior to the booked session. When a session is cancelled a credit is automatically generated

Note: Users will be able to cancel and make changes to their booking up until the booking cut off time (7 nights prior to the session). When a booking is cancelled a credit will be applied to the balance to reverse the charge that was created when the booking was made. When a booking is changed a credit will be applied to the balance to reverse the charge that was created when the booking was made and new charge will be applied

If less than 7 night’s notice is given, parents should contact the school office to advise that their child will not attend and the session charge will be payable in full

In the event of absence (eg sickness/playdates) refunds will not be given

PAYMENT 

We expect sessions taken to be paid for on a rolling basis, as they are used. All debts must be cleared by the end of each term.

If, for any reason, you are unable to settle your balance please contact the School Office as soon as possible.

Pupils with any outstanding debt at the end of term will not be able to attend any further sessions until the balance is cleared.  Any future sessions booked will be cancelled.

We also accept Tax Free Childcare payments. Please email the office to inform us of your child's unique code and let us know each time you instruct a payment
