HOW TO BOOK:
PRAE WOOD CLUBS
Prae Wood Clubs are booked via the Parents Evening System
Spring Term 2025 will open for booking from 20:00 on 2nd December until 20:00 on Sunday 5th January via the following link:

Clubs run by external providers should also be booked via our Parents Evening System

ALL Clubs are offered on a first come first served basis
Most afterschool clubs are not gender specific and are open to all, unless stated otherwise e.g. Girls Football
Please download and print a copy of the timetable as each club may start and finish at differing times and run on differing weeks
Our clubs are very popular so please only sign your child up if they really want to attend and you are confident that they can manage an additional activity after school.
If you require childcare after school please use RASCals for this rather than signing up for a club your child doesn’t want to attend as this causes upset for the child and also prevents another child from having a place.
All clubs, whether run by Prae Wood or an external provider are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Please note:
For your information these clubs will have a maximum number both for health & safety reasons and to ensure the quality of delivery.
We will always communicate with parents if clubs are to be cancelled, for example due to extreme wet conditions. Please assume that all clubs are running unless you are told otherwise. We will let you know as soon as possible, but you will appreciate that in many cases we need to obtain information from external club providers.
Behaviour:

Bookings go live for ALL Prae Wood Clubs via Parents Evening System on 2nd December at 20:00 until Sunday 5th January at 20:00 (unless sold out prior to this date).

Bookings for external clubs will also be accepted from 2nd December at 20:00, via our Parents Evening System, if you are successful in reserving a place then your details will be passed onto the relevant provider. They will then be in touch regarding payment.
