Farewell, Year 6

It's that time of year when we have to say goodbye to our cohort of Year 6 pupils. We are very proud of them and all they have achieved, as well as excited for them as they take their next steps onwards to their new secondary schools; we will miss them all and all that they have brought to Prae Wood.

This morning, we welcomed parents and carers to a Leavers Assembly. The corridors and hall rang out to cheers and laughter, as well as some happy tears and the children can look forward to a party later today.

In the meantime, we thought we'd share some photos from their amazing Year 6 production, 'Behind the Screens', which they performed to pupils and parents earlier this week.

And, of course, just after the challenges of SATs week, Banyan and Cedar enjoyed a week of activities culminating in a their residential trip away to PGL. Here they are, all dressed up and ready for their evening disco.....
